Before the 2nd Round of the rookie draft begins all teams must have completely updated their rosters and transaction pages. This means:1. All players must be listed with accompanying contract info. Ex: "Brandon Roy - $10,800,000 (2014)" 2. Salary numbers and cap space must be accurately calculated. Ex. Roster Size: 9 / 10 Total Salary: $40,000,000 Salary Cap: $60,000,000 Cap Room: $20,000,000 3. All unused draft picks owned must be posted on BOTH the roster page and transaction page. Ex. 2010: 2011: 1st (AMS), 2nd (POR) 2012: 2nd (POR) 4. All past transactions are listed on the transaction page including players drafted, trades made, and contract amounts. There are many ways to do this but here are three great examples: Portland Trail Blazers: pickandroll.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=portland&action=display&thread=15Great Britain Pound: pickandroll.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=minnesota&action=display&thread=17&page=2Amsterdam Nightmare: pickandroll.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=dallas&action=display&thread=1055. You must check in to your division mod and tell them that you have updated your pages and ready to begin the draft. There will be a started in each division to use for this purpose. You have one week before we start implementing penalties (to be determined). This should not take more than 15 minutes of work. You are really just copying and pasting information from the draft and trade board. Please finish this as soon as possible.

Just to let everyone know, though it might take some time and seems so irrelevant, having an updated transaction record is important to keep track of a team's progress, and also very important in case a team needs a replacement owner, who can then check how the team got in the current situation. So, please all take this somewhat seriously and keep it updated

I like to be thorough. LOL ......thoroughly "taking care of business" shoring up all future draft picks I am not done yet. I am done trading for the moment, or at least until after the season starts unless someone comes at me with an offer I really really really like. But in-season expect to see me acquire more future picks. ;D

Golden State New Orleans Phoenix Utah Washington Philadelphia New York Toronto (4 from the same division) Strasbourg Lexington Miami

Washington has checked it in with me via Facebook chat, I told him to just post his picks by the numbers on his transaction record since he has no trades but he's being stubborn and lazy, but we still have three from the division

We need to start replacing people, I realize its easier said than done but a week is plenty of time and if they cant do this I doubt they set their rosters if they are in ~last place. And by the way, Ducker and Mouse, we need to make a rule no "Sandbagging". Teams that are having bad years still should have to set their rosters every day, otherwise, theyll just start no one and lose on purpose in order to give themselves a better chance at getting the first rookie pick, Im assuming we are doing our Lottery the same way the Nba does

Yeah, we are doing the lottery the same way the NBA does. Personally, I think it would be SWEET if we have the worst record in our league attached to the team with the worst record in the real NBA and so on so when they announce the order our order is determined by that. I bet we could help boost the NBA lottery announcing show ratings!
