We're in the final third of the season, and the playoff teams have kind of separated themselves from the pack. In the Drama Conference, the following teams are basically a lock:
Amsterdam Strasbourg Newark San Diego Atlanta Cleveland
Kansas City is probably getting in, and the last spot is a dogfight between Charlotte, Oakland, Miami, and Houston.
The following teams in the Comedy Conference are locks:
Denver Manchester Great Britain Palo Alto
The bottom four spots are toss-ups. Hollywood, Munich, New York, Phoenix, Portland, Brisbane, Honolulu and Colorado are all technically alive for the 5th seed. Brooklyn could still make the playoffs.
Everyone's going to be biased, but people can still throw in their opinions. Mine? It would take a borderline miracle for Amsterdam and Denver NOT to end up playing in the finals. They are just so far ahead of everyone else, it's scary. HOWEVER, if anyone can throw a wrench into that prediction, it's Atlanta. The Hawks are currently 1st in points, rebounds, assists, and steals, third in threes and blocks, and fourth in FT%. I'm really not sure how they're 7-4.
So that's what I'm going with Amsterdam vs. Denver for all the marbles three months from now.

I won't compete for the championship whatsoever but damn I dug myself a hole by starting 0-5. Somehow have managed to get back to 4-6 with my weak team but happy to finally be winning some sort of matchups as its been a couple years haha.

And no offense to any of the other teams but I'll be blown away if Denver doesn't win. Something will have had to go off the wall in my opinion. Nice job building that power house. I'm NOT looking forward to playing you next week, looking at quickly being back to 4-8.

I'm gonna catch Palo Alto and win my division. I should have beat him back in November, but he got me when both Eric Gordon and Nene were injured and still squeaked out a 5-3-1 win.
We're both gonna lose this week. He'll have a 2.5 game lead after this week with 4 games left to play. I've got 5 left to play and should win my next 4 against bad teams. He's got one probable loss to GB in his schedule and 1 more possible loss to Phoenix.
If all goes right we'll both be 10-6 going into the final game against each other. Division championship was my preseason goal, and the division championship is in reach.

I'd like to make a small case for why my team is as much of a contender as anyone else's. 2 of my 3 losses would've been wins if Durant was healthy. So I'd be 9-1 right now if Durant played from the beginning of the season. Plus we gave Amsterdam there only loss of the season and that was without Durant.

Yeah I'm betting on Denver too and my team is far from a sure thing to make the finals. Melo could still shut it down, and my wins havent been convincing at all.

I think Melo is going to shut it down soon after all star weekend.

I'm 8-0 since Westbrook's return to the lineup. I play Denver in the Regular Season Finale. That should be very telling on whether someone has a chance at knocking them off.

Good work this week, Phoenix. The dream of the playoffs is still alive in Portland.

Fun Fact: Denver has a chance to make pickandroll league history this season by being the first team to go 16-0. Only 1 other team has gone undefeated and that was during the lockout season when the Amsterdam Nightmare went 10-0.

I screwed up my perfect season that same year when I forgot to set my line up one week

The dream is dead for Portland. Injuries and trades have finally sunk my playoff hopes. This week's showdown with Palo Alto just got a lot less exciting.

My comeback has ended. Started 0-4 due to injuries a lot, pushed my way back up to 6-8 and needed to win out to nab that 8 seed and early exit. Oh well

Well now the more that I look at it, I wonder if I can still make it. What is the tie breaker if two teams end up with the same record and are 1-1 in head to head matchups?
