Story time with TrailDucker: Snake Draft Fuck Up

Gather round kids, I got a story to tell,
I had an ESPN snake draft last night. My friend started a work league and asked me to join to get them to 10. It is a points league (ugh) and is a keeper league with 8 keepers (I think that's a stupid amount in a non-contract, non-keeper, snake draft league personally, but whatever).
In the first round with the 6th pick I had a hard decision between DeMarcus Cousins and Damian Lillard. Do I go with a volume scorer (high value in points leagues) that will be the defacto #1 option and maker of so many cool commercials but has been really streaky in his career. Or do I go with the guaranteed 20-10 with less of a chance for those match up dominating nights. In the end I went for the consistency of Boogie nights as well as it being a more scarce position.
In the second round I had another mind pretzeling selection. This time Between two similar players. I initially was leaning towards Jimmy Butler. A solid pick to score high teens low 20's and produce decently across the board. But Paul George was also lurking in my conscience. A much better opportunity to have an MVP-like season playing 3 positions on a not very deep team. With his injury this was still a riskier pick, we don't know if he will get back to his 2013 form or if he will work playing at the 4. I switched my mind about 4 times in the 1:20 seconds. I had my finger on the trigger for George when I decided, I'll go safe again and take some gambles later in the draft and switched to Butler clicking draft player right as the last second buzzer rang.
Only in my haste switch to Butler, who was at the top of the player list I accidentally clicked the word "player" which switched the player list to alphabetical unbeknown to me as I clicked the draft button. At that point it was too late.
And kids, that is how I drafted Quincy Acy in the second round.
