The Inaugural Draft will be seven rounds long. The rules state this, however a salary scale for an 8th round was posted early on and never deleted. I apologize for any confusion this has caused, but I hope this announcement clears it up.
The Inaugural Draft will be SEVEN ROUNDS long.
The Rookie Draft will be TWO ROUNDS long.
The minimum roster limit is 8 and can be achieved by: - drafting a player in each round of both drafts - waiving your rights to your second round rookie pick (non-guaranteed contract).
The maximum roster limit is 10 and can be achieved in many ways, the most straightforward being: - drafting a player in each round of both drafts - signing one additional free agent
There are also two inactive spots on your roster, allowing two additional players under contract, but ineligible to play games for you. Any player may occupy the inactive roster spots, but their contracts will continue to be counted against your salary cap.
