Wow, what a year! The finals is upon us and our two teams are:
High Flyers Conference Champion - Cleveland Cavaliers
vs.
Sharp Shooters Conference Champion - Golden State Warriors
Golden State was of course last years league champion and finished the season 15-1 with the top seed in their conference while Cleveland was on the bottom last year and won the first two picks in last years rookie draft and finished at 9-7 as the 7th seed from their conference.
The teams will use this thread to post their daily line ups and I will provide scoring updates in between.
Congratulations to the two teams on their great season and Good Luck!

The percentages are off though.
For FG, I am: 33/72 = 0.4583 For FT, I am: 17/21 = 0.8095
For FG, GS is: 15/40 = 0.375 For FT, GS is: 5/5 = 1.000
Also, I counted 10 turns each. For a score of 5-3-1.
(Not to nitpick TD, just trying to help!)

No that's why I included the excel file for anyone to see what I have and if there's any corrections. I did the fg and fts by average of all of the individual fg% and ft%. I thought this is how ESPN usually does it. If not I can correct it, I just have to change the way the excel file calculates it

I'm fairly sure that ESPN finds the percentages just by dividing the makes by the misses, so that how often someone shoots matters in calculating the percentages.

Yeah if you check the boxscore of the matchup, you see team totals at the bottom. It shows total makes/shots and the FG% is calculated with those numbers.

So... does the final last until the end of the season? Or is the last day Sunday? Still not clear about that.

It's until the end if the season. I think ESPN's schedule was a week off at the beginning because all of the leagues I'm in started the finals this week so all of them are 17 days long
