Wow, should have gone to Phoenix where they have that Black Magic in reviving injured stars haha...should be an interesting fit, hope he can come back strong, he was solid and too young to have to retire due to injury

Can't believe Nash went to L.A. Also can't believe what my Rockets are doing, I'm very confused. They didn't get get Dragic back, they traded away Lowry for trash, they haven't brought Brooks back, haven't brought Camby back, signed Asik to a deal where he makes 15 million last year, and are trying to give away what assets they have left to rent Howard for a season.

Remember you have three re-signs in the first five seasons, which ends 2015. And to our two Champions, Atlanta and Golden State both have a 4th resign in this five year period as well.

End of contracts....we started in the 2010-2011 season, correct? With 2011 being listed on the roster page by only one year players that first season, correct? So, then the way I have always seen it is: 2011 ending contracts through 2015 ending contracts (5 years) are in the first 5 year resign window and those ending in 2016 are the first year of the second resign window.

The Lin resign has to be the hardest to work up and also vote on. Mods should sit back....and slowly and privately analyze this one....I think this is a great chance to get a possible STUD on the cheap because of the risk involved but also a chance to burn a valuable resign on a potential FLASH IN THE PAN and also throw money away on the unproven (to some extent).

I think miege made a really good deal there. Playing in houston will be like playing in NY without amare and melo, cause the only guy there who wants the ball will be martin and we all know what numbers he put up there. And if Howard joins the rockets its even better. Lin can shoot as much as he wants cause Howard gets the rebounds and if howard is in position he can even collect some assists (no fakts included ... just my opinion ^^)

Free Agency will start in early September. The list of available Free Agents is up to date as of when Free Agency closed in April, and the people that are joining that list are a few posts up on this thread (minus Jeremy Lin now and any other re-signs between now and the 15th). Also any of this years or last years second rounders who's options aren't picked up will join the Free Agency pool when the season starts.
